Big ass blind hole bearing puller. You should be able to catch the race with the correct size.
OR depending on the shape of the head tube, you might be able to catch the race with a long flat head and carefully pry or drive it out.

Looks like a bit of corrosion grabbed onto it. get behind it with a screw driver if you can and pry it out, alternating sides to wobble it out.
Use plenty of grease setting the new one in.

I last used a wooden dowel through the top of the head tube. And a hammer. Or is there a lip there that would prevent this approach?
I think I used a tire lever the last time this happened to me. A church key might also grab a hold.

Itās very different on nicer trainers and smart bikes. No more tire resistance. Electronic brake, belt drives, etc. Much better realistic feel.
I could never handle the trainer, but I used to do intervals on rollers. Problem with rollers is that my resistance maxed out at around 300w. Not to mention the limitations on where to set them up and ride (cant be on carpet, have to be near a wall or something to hold on to get started, noise, etc). But Iāve fully converted on indoor riding and put in maybe 1500 kms a year on the stationary bike.
That said, weather is also a factorā¦ it snows a lot up here so thereās more reason to stay indoors.

I guess they have been in there for 5 or 6 years. Will take it into a shop on monday I reckon. You have experience with OPEN. Is there an alloy insert on the bottom?
I believe the bearings just go right into the carbon. Whatās the top like? They should be the same. Iāve had to pry top bearings out that got contaminated by salty indoor trainer sweat.
Top one was all good. Manky, but came out well enough.
I think he means does it have an aluminum insert or notā¦

Something like this combined with a slide hammer will have it out quickly. May be able to rent from an auto parts store or buy-use-return to big box store.

Fine but even their large doesnāt fit my head good. I donāt even think my head is that big but cycling caps NEVER FUCKING FIT ME

I have the same issue/concern. All my helmets are size large, but cycling-related headwear always feels too damn tight.
Brim size seems fine on both the synthetic and cotton Walz caps I have (donāt remember the model names), but havenāt really worn anything else so I donāt have a good comparison.
Iām a large in Giro hamlet size with no pads and the Walz L/XL caps fit me fine with a little stretch to spare. Iāve had the same issue with other caps being too small and just got lucky that they were at NAHBS when that happened in SLC and I was able to try them on first.
