Did you just ShartQ?

yeah i feel that at this point i need to continue un-zapped just to remain pure of mind and body

Is this replacement axle available from someone in the USA? Google by name or part number doesn’t turn anything up; Y-45E 98020.

The b2b doesn’t show any support for that, which seems a bit weird. It only has the bearings inside it, the cleat fixing screws, and some reflector attachment.

Question, why replace an axle in m540s when a good set on eBay goes for $15-20?

That was what I also thought before doing the due diligence on the backside for those who can’t.

I have definitely purchased new m520s in the past because I only needed a new set of cleats, and it was like $25 for cleats alone vs ~$40 for cleats+pedals

consumer inkjet printer vibes

This is how I ended up with so many sets of egg beaters.

S tier: Gore Tex shake dry (forbidden fruit full of pfas shit, fine one on eBay), old thick Pendleton wool shirts with a clean shirt wrapped up in your bag for when you get to work

A: pertex shield or goretex active

B: in house 3l fabric from Patagonia or OR or other outdoor brand all fine (OR outlet in des moins has deals, usually come with a double zipper which is nice)

C: whatever the fuck showers pass is doing.

D: anything made out of Goretex pac lite. Fuck those garbage bags.

Edit: if I was buying a new jacket I would just pick one of these. Waterproof Jackets and Raincoats | Rab® US RAB is great

Is there some style esoterica behind ATMO’s seatstay attachment style? For as much as he waxes on about aesthetics it looks relatively terrible.

it was hand filed and shaped by the one and only richard sachs

can anything more be done?

I still think David Kirk’s sidetacks are the best looking

oh no most of those details are all investment-cast as-is now, to plug right into the square cut tube ends

as a re-enactment of the way he used to file them

all the legos are cast for sure but I suppose I was also under the impression he still drags a file across the bits just to say he did

I think it would look cool if the flattened seatstay wrapped all the way around the lug and continued into the other seatstay. It looks a little silly as is.

SQ somebody help me out here

Are these actually 16” wheels? What the heck takes a 16” wheel with a gear hub? I thought for a minute this could be a springboard to a Neutrino build but even those take 20” wheels. I’m guessing a folding bike but idk
