Maybe you had too much caffeine in your cup of joe this morning?
8 ounces is a cup, so 6 oz would make no sense, but coffee pot measurements def make no sense so this could check out.
Newer mugs have gotten bigger and are more likely to hold 12 oz, but 8 oz used to be pretty standard for a home coffee mug.
Maybe the idea was 6 oz leaves room for cream.
just bought #acoffee
did flat white
Grind Ruta Maya beans, Mochamaster drip, oatmilk, erryday, erryday, erryday.
it is true
Itâs usually closer to 4oz, 4.25 most commonly.
Fwiw I have a set of those same rims in 650 that Iâve been running 50mm conti Terra Hardpack tires on with zero issues. Iâd say if youâre going to use them with gravel tires stick with the trusted brands and youâll probably be fine.
Team of experts:
Trying to paint my crosscheck (sensu stricto) and match the old green color from way back (gang green?). Anyone here know specifics on that color to help match it? Prismatic Powders is my palette.
we only paint cross checks if we are blue lug. i dont think you are blue lug.
nail polish to cover up rusty spots and then you ride it until its dead. or go back in time and sell it before the paint got shitty. those are the two options.
Surly says theyâll provide the RAL if you ask.
I thought the gangrene green was on the earlier Bianchi Pista.
bean-green was the official name I see. I could have sworn something somewhere came in Gang Green.
Huh. the name seems too hip for Bianchi, but that color sure doesnât.
Nah, that was from the âSky Yaeger does interesting things at Bianchi that donât involve celesteâ era.
Dumb q time since I donât know anything about bikes anymore
My 15 year old 105 shifters are starting to have a hard time shifting into the small ring. Also, the bike has mechanical disc brakes. These seem like problems to solve concurrently.
Iâd ideally get pre bled 10sp shifters and calipers. Which ones? I understand there have been some changes wrt speed and pull ratios, spacing etc.
I could buy a new der and/or cassette if necessary but would like to avoid; would need two cassettes if I went this route since I swap between the back wheel and a trainer.
Speaking of single speeds from that era, what color Ourays should I put on these On One Fleegle bars?
you should definitely use bar tape to cover up all of that white. wrap the whole fucking bar.
Some kind of forest green imo
