Did you just ShartQ?

@anon71759125 have u considered renting a road bike for a day? that’ll answer a ton of questions for you. or maybe find a bike shop that has an alloy bike and test ride it? or even find someone on craigslist that has the bike… test ride it, and if it’s not for you, it’s not for you.

that said… i know it says cinelli on it, but the Cinelli Experience and Experience Speciale could be the ticket. . they all have a threaded BB AFAIK. fits a 28c. Speciale models have a full carbon fork, but i think they’ve stopped producing those. a little over your budget but i really doubt there’s much else out there that fits your criteria.

^That thing looks awesome^

This could be cool:

As could this:

Or this!

Also, why are there a shitload of Rossins listed for $70? Is this a scam?

Well that particular frame is 70$ cause the listing says it’s cracked…

Well durrrr. I should read better.

So why do I want aluminum ?

woah I’d seen a couple of these with medium-reach brakes, but never realized that all the “OCR” bikes were this way

They don’t look cool

I have that frame but it says Felt on it. Somehow never killed it riding “unimproved” surfaces before I learned about bikes with wide tires.

god damn this some dithery shartmo!

lets spice it up. i got this surly steamroller. threaded steerer. coaster brake. cross tires. the question - 680mm nitto risey fellas or these 666 crunch bars with unshellacky newbums?

quite a predicament i’m in here, according to my shartpinion.

I don’t know if ALL of them are so eBay with caution

I can’t believe there’s a part of my brain storing 10 year old standard reach brake road frame options.

Indy Fab Path Racer would be cool if one pops up.

The OCR is one of history’s ugliest bicycles

Then again that would probably appeal to you

A little bit lighter than steel?

There’s a few that are ok

and others just need a coat of spray paint, or get stripped to raw metal.

If you can’t answer this for yourself you shouldn’t buy the bike
