I’ve seen some other products like Mr Tuffy starting to pop up too.
Tire liners are definitely not an on brand thing for Tarck, but has anyone tried any other brand of liners with tubes and had good luck?

no but finish line tubeless sealant in tubes is awesome
Mr Tuffy with Slime tubes used to be the kryptonite for goatheads.
Maybe one of more voluminous tire inserts, like the Vittoria AIr-Liner or Flat Tire Defender?
Back in the olden days I had some mr tuffy tire liners that I just put in the tire without any adhesive. I remember I ended up getting a flat through the sidewall but I also that those tires were due for replacement anyway as they lasted a while. But again, this is like 15 years ago - I found the tire liners in the coop free bin BNIP
what about some kind of closed cell foam tape? Short pointy things never make it through, and anything that does has a longer path for sealant to seal.
I’ve mainly used orange seal with stans once in a bike I bought used. Looks like Orange is best for initial setup, stans for longevity, and finish line for inside tubes?
The ebike guy with the schwalbe had a thorn resistant tube WITH finishline in it! I couldn’t believe his luck.
finish line lasts forever in tubes. seriously don’t try it in tubeless tires though
This may be the way to go. What color?
I don’t think anyone has said it yet. Solid tires. Doesn’t care about tire ride quality, right?
but then Braden would be the one to mount them
letting the customer get that idea would be an even bigger self-own
I’ve been using this one for years: Ratcheting Crimper Pliers - #18-28 AWG : ID 1213 : Adafruit Industries, Unique & fun DIY electronics and kits
Hey brooks, I’ve been a little distracted but i would like to pick this up if its still available.
Is there an option other than Light Bicycle for reasonably priced carbon rims that are available from a US warehouse?
Ordered a LB rim through a local shop weeks ago, and it keeps getting pushed back. I’d be willing to pay a little bit more, but everything non-china looks like double the price.
I ordered a couple rims from LB, which had to come from China. I assume they’ll get here by mid June … of 2021?
Not sure how responsive they would be, but maybe you could contact the north america warehouse folx.
I ordered mine through a shop, so there’s a communication gap for me. My understanding is that when I placed the order, LB said it was in stock in the US but it actually wasn’t. Was quoted 5 weeks, but 5 weeks just came and went and I was told 3 more.
Not a huge deal for me because I have other bikes to ride but I do look forward to riding that bike. If there was another option I’d look at switching rims but will probably just sit tight.
What’s the best way to mount a light on an M-12 rack?
Brake arm or cut-up chainring
