you do need an account for RWGPS, but you can make great routes for free.

Whelp, the forbidden brake levers are gone along with the entire bike rack. Soon to be replaced with Veselka seating.

and tarck approved valves and sealant? rims are tubless ready,l
i like orange seal endurance. never messed with the fancy new valves tho. your rims taped?
do you have a compressor? if no sometimes inflating with a tube to seat one side then taking it out and inflating to seat the other side is helpful. removing valve core makes it a lot easier to get the rush of air you need. i usually add sealant through the valve (core removed) with a caffelatex syringe after seating fully. if it unseats when you uninflate another wrap of tape might be well advised

I can get basically any tire seated with the âinflate with tube first then only crack one bead to get tube outâ method. Take out the valve core when you inflate to seat it tubeless. That extra bit of air helps. Youâll be taking it out to add sealant after both beads are seated anyway. Not much to it.

I was with that old MTB racer futzing with gabâs tubeless UD and he was pulling out all these tricks ⌠a compressor, a tube around the tire to keep it tight to the bead, nothing was working even as we bonked away for 10 or 15 minutes ⌠then I did the tube trick and it worked out perfectly first try
also a cheap charger from uncle jeff goes a long way for mounting a tire instead of the tube method
Topeak Joe Blow has never failed me* in the 25-32mm tire range, but it might be less useful for really snapping big mtb tires into place.
*besides with a couple of Panaracer tires that just didnât work

yeah itâs a large high pressure tube that spurts air through a small and flexible tube to fill the tire that doesnât have a tube

I mostly do the @karl_dandleton method and always seat a new tire and/or tape job with a tube before putting the sauce in through the valve stem after removing the core. Iâve been able to get most tires seated with just a regular floor pump after removing the valve core. Now that thereâs a compressor in the house for other reasons, I use that and it makes the process of seating the tire easier and much more frightening.
