Some ideas:
Something that would attract me would be prototypes, samples, all the kinds of behind-the-scenes stuff that most of us never get to see. That and the general prospect of a great weekend hanging out with interesting folks.
Depending on the length of the event and the location, most bike folks traveling from afar would appreciate the opportunity for non-bike stuff too if its locally available and relevant -good hidden swimming holes, interesting historical locations or tours, regional food, maybe a cool behind-the-scenes visit to a local manufacturer(not necessarily bikes) of interesting goods like cheesemaking or aluminum widgets or whatever.
Consider having good campfire gatherings and some music, ATMO that is what can really make a weekend special and create that community and good memories that will keep folks coming back. This could be as simple as offering to subsidize the cost of transporting instruments, like if someone is flying in with their bike offer to pay the extra baggage fee if they bring a guitar too.
In-camp games and skills are fun too. Like a teeter-totter, bike joust, bike polo, little kids bikes mini cyclocross, lake jump, etc.
Think about if this is just for owners/riders, or if families will be there too. A state park with boat rentals or swimming or stuff to do for other family members while the Endpointer is out riding is worth thinking about.
Make a google group or email list or somewhere for folks to communicate and organize carpools and that sort of thing, plus it will build stoke and attract others to consider attending.

we’re all swag hounds too so having a special coozie, bidons, or tech shirt for the participants would be rad. local knowledge for the rides, camp spots, and food/coffee/beer spots is a big deal, like a team of ambassadors for anyone from out of town. logistics support so you can ship bikes to Outpost and maybe organise a fedex/bike flights pickup after the event as well. having a ‘neutral support’ vehicle with spares and stuff for unplanned mechanicals.

Seems like a local meetup where you ride, camp, hang, etc. for a long weekend would be a fun and relatively straightforward way to start out. Probably stuff you are already doing, but with a conscious effort to name it. Then see how things seem to want to grow organically from there. Tying in with other stuff might be cool down the line, but I would wait to see what people are wanting or feeling.
I think getting too much stuff too formalized and made into a Very Big Deal right off the bat might run the risk of being a little cheesy and overtly “company marketing event” to be cool.
EDIT: stuff you are already doing, but this time you reserve a campsite and bring food.

Is this trying to be like a Ultraromance Nutmeg Nor’easter type thing? That’s sort of in my back yard, but I’ve never been. Despite enjoying bikes and pizza, I don’t know any of those people personally, and the vibe seems kinda… friction shifter and druggy. I have no idea how popular the event is. I myself would be more likely to attend a NEMBA or somesuch mountain bike weekend event in Vermont, as it’s more focused on the riding I like and less on the related partying.
If you’re talking about me personally going to an Endpoint event (I don’t own an Endpoint BUT MY WIFE DOES SO MAYBE I COULD SNEAK IN AS A PLUS ONE) in Virginia, if it’s a family event we loved Virginia Beach, just in terms of ocean access. Access to water is its own activity for kids. I guess you sort of either need to figure out the vibe you’re going for, or build a proto event and see how it evolves. Like: Is this for middle age dudes to mixed terrain sprint chase each other for 100 miles a day? Is this for families? Somehow both?
A small amount of trailbuilding or maintenance help at wherever you’re staying is a cool thing and also builds community and good vibes.
Doesn’t need to be big, a couple of hours splitting firewood or spreading gravel or installing a couple of water bars would do it.
One other thing that would attract me is access to private land/trails that are usually off limits.

Here’s the bike with a framebag and orc rack. Dynamo isn’t connected because orc was gonna shuffle the rack a lil closer to the tire I think

I have a crack at a hole on the rim that I bought with my hunter gatherer. Label on it says is is a wtb 711 stp i25, do they still make those? I would love to just do a swap over with the dyno and not have to do a whole new wheel build.

That rim exists but may be hard to find. The inexpensive WTB stuff has been damn near impossible to get this year.
The current ST or STP should work. They tweaked the design a bit from what I understand (since lots of them cracked like yours) erd remained close enough.
