I have seven bikes and only one of them has ever been in a car. My MTB goes in the back of my mom’s volvo when I go out to the burbs to ride trails.
i live in the burbs and would love to tour the city on a bike.
problem is where to park…
i’ve welded a 6 speed cassette to my cog, keep a second ring up front, have hoods with fake brake levers and index shifters and dummy derailleurs on my brakeless conversion … as long as i keep up a quick enough pace, nobody even seems to notice.
