name some names neckbro
also, do castelli chamois still fall out after about 3k miles?
Def fall out of the U.S. made custom stuff quicker than that.

have you considered LG? almost all the non-custom gear i’ve gotten over the last few years has been garneau, mostly by accident, but I’ve yet to be disapointed.
plus: french canada
lg is nice, the frc stuff is very nice and assos is incredible
I like the idea of some of the cali stuff, but I don’t know how the fit is gonna be. Most of the photos I see show fit dudes standing up with bunching in the chest, which si a really bad sign. You should have it skin tite with ur shoulder sback

My fav bibs for hot weather are my giordana lazers, I think they’re one step down from FRC and Retailed for $180ish. Great feel and a thin chamois, which I like.
prolly gonna hit up some giordana stuff, they look real nice. Im into high compression(not like “compression compression lance shit” just nice and tight like flanders in ski gear) from bib shorts, can ya’ll confim that the FRC stuff is tight?
PI is all I know. Am I doing it wrong?
money hoes and clothes is all i know
having had a tenure at performance I got a bunch of their ultra stuff.
I also abuse the 100% satisfaction guarantee if they ever fall apart
yes
being euro they are properly tight
My Nalini are pretty damn tight. Got out of the Assos/other high-falootin’ shit game for some of dem high-end Moa pads. If you want to get slightly obsessive compare the pads they offer and you can pick up some good stuff for really cheap, whether it is branded Nalini, Moa, or Santini. There is an old thread on Paceline that compares them a little. I think username “christian” either started it or contributed a bit.
i have two pairs of sportful bibs that are giving me all of it. They were cheap on sale from backcountry. Good compression, nice pad, discreet logo. A+++ would buy again
looking to get another set of bibs for the summer, looking to spend like 150 or less. Willing to go to 200 if it 100% worth it, but is there anything good at the lower pricepoint considering I already have a set of pro team bibs.
considering the assos neopro 7 at the 200 price level and the 10seedhero at the 125 price level
If you can get them on sale, the Giordana Exo bibs are fucking amazing. As soon as I got a pair I started wearing and washing them almost every day until my wife felt sorry for me and bought me another pair at full price as a gift. Perfect comfort for long slow distance.
Get the Assos. The $50 will matter less if you can ride fucks out of them and want to because they look nice.
I’m an XS in whatever I can find, and most cheaper stuff still isn’t fitting. Too long or too fat. Rapha and Assos have a higher buy in, but wear and wash very well fergmo
assos (even their low end?) over Girodana FRC then?
Personal preference really. Or which ones look better. Compare the pad shape/thickness too.
Assos at the low end uses a lot thicker chamois, and a lot less compression. The assos are designed as distance shorts, where the frc are tight racing pieces
I lost my mid-weight wool gloves. Which of QBP’s mid-weight wool offerings (DeFeet, Ibex, Smartwool) are the best?
I’m into the DeFeet gloves for the touchscreen fingers but haven’t tried the others
defeet hi viz (poly) and wooly ones are nice. the touchscreen fingers wear out after half a dozen washings.
