I wondered if that braze on was intended for that purpose myself but after looking at his other bikes I deduced that it wasn’t. It is in fact a hole but not big enough to send a screw through, although that could be remedied.
Ahh, couldn’t see both holes on the phone. So you could get it as far as the SS/ST interface, that’s ok. (I saw a frame that had hellenic stays run with the post above the crossing and that’s where it cracked through.)
Got the paragon dropouts installed although it required me sanding down the dropouts so that the bolts could tighten them against the sliders. There’s also some slop top/bottom but I got them tight enough that I don’t think it will be a problem…
What about racks. Is the nitto campee the only production front rack that allows for mounting on the canti bosses? The fork crown isn’t drilled. I’m thinking I’ll basket this bike but I want a stable platform. So far, this frame is a PITA. Kind of fun though.
