Help me figure out what to do about my three cross bikes.

I don’t know if I can do it. Just went for a short wet weather ride.

i would keep the salsa and sell the giant by a longshot.

put the ultegra on the phillippe hurfdurf

Sell the Salsa and rebuy it in a few months when you realize you want a reliable, do-all bike that will serve you well in almost all applications for years to come.

This atmo. Maybe buy a CF disc fork.

This. And leave the classic bike alone. Ditch the Giant, you can always get another… anywhere.

Not for 500.00.

I’m going to keep the Salsa, sell the Giant frame and fork and swap parts over to the Philippe. I’m also going to sell that Team Fuji townie that I have and maybe build up another proper townie with leftover parts. We’ll see.

I’m glad I made this thread.

A little late, but I would keep all three. Put all your favorite parts on the Giant and use it for racing. Keep the Salsa as a pit bike. Aluminum/carbon bikes have a limited lifespan when used off-road, so you may find you need the Salsa as your primary bike if something happens to the Giant mid-season. If the Salsa is just not up to par in terms of performance, sell it with the less desirable components and buy a pit/backup more comparable to the Giant. You obviously cherish the Phillipe, so keep it as a light tourer, take it out on sunny days for country dirt roads, etc.
