Hey Toughguy! What gear you runnin?

My Dingle cog allows me to transition not quite seamlessly between 49/17 and 49/19. I stay on 49/17 most of the time, though 'cause it feels good.

I’m not quite up on the spinnin’ just yet.

when i first built my bike, i was running 40x18 cuz it’s what was lying around. talk about spinning. but i could climb most hills in the saddle. then i went to 44x18, now 52x18. i don’t think i could handle going above 80gi in the hilly area i live in.

im 52/18 right now but i’m gonna go down to 48 here shortly.

:bear: 48/17 :bear:

48/15. tarck
48/18 road.

I think I want a 49 ring for the tarck.

on the tarck i am building right now
42/15

48/17

Was 52/18. Now, until I get a smaller cog, the “new” bike is 44/18. I feel like a hamster.

49/16 dry road
45/16 wet road
34/17 off road

48/16

i’m with baldy.

48/16 and i hate it!! one skid patch, sucks for the hills i live in, but i’m looking for something like 37-42/16

48x18 - Kilo TT
46x17 - Langster
49x17 - Trek T1

53x17

48/16 right now but should be switched for an 18 pretty soon. Maybe 17 if it’s too spinny.

46/16 for that 75.6gi. yeah son, yeah.

used to run 43/15, now I run 46/16.

48x16 although I am planning on trying out 17. I think I’ll like it more.

48x17

i might try going down to 17, but i remember reading on sheldon b. that using even tooth cogs help with chain life and stretching

if you skid at all you will love 17
