homemade bike parts?

anyone make any neat DIY bike solutions?

homemade strap doublers? chain tensioner made from shit you got at home depot?

i’d like to see em

double headed dildo handlebars maybe?

Sorry, only single headed dildo driveshaft actuated saddles.

Google it.

There’s video.

Do it, you know you want to.

I’ve made strap doublers and flop and chops…
thats about it…I think I have a picture explaining how to make the doublers and I’ll try and find em…

i anodize bike parts in pink or other colors
by drinking food dye and peeing on the parts
then i just let them soak

How’s that worked out for you? Good? I’ve thought about doing something similar, but using my piss as a solvent by drinking copious amounts of acetone.

did your dick turn pink?

what if you could rit-dye metal parts? that would be tits

I took a Dremel tool to my new Nitto Pearl. I think the heat fucked with the finish and left this smudge on it. That’s kind of like anodizing, right? Right?

Someone please make my fuck up okay.

i’ve got doublers i made out of old tubes. maybe i’ll take pics later. kinda hung over, and really dont feel like doing it right now

dude lets ride sometime next week. you’re not THAT far from me if i take the beltway or we meet up at the galleria.

I’m down. Do you like beer?

We’ll deal with all the other details later. AIM me later if you got it.

yes, i love beer.

Anyone still have the old link for instructions for doublers? Frankstone’s picture isn’t making too much sense to me…that or they’re incredibly easy to make.

i saw some but they’re harder than i want to make

I need to make friends with somebody with a cnc mill. Titanium everything here I come…

they are incredibly easy.
A word of advice, instead of sewing on two sides, fold them in half and sew 3 times, one on either side and one up the middle perpendicular to the fold (as opposed to parallel like I did for those ones) then cut spaces on either side of the center stitch wide enough for the strap to go through the crease.

heres my recycled tubes

That is damn nifty.

hey thanks. i’m quite proud of them. this was the second design. first ones i made resembled the cadence ones, but rubber sucked for that design so i just ran the straps through the tube. i used a BMX tube i had laying around cause it was wider, i dont think these would work so well with 23c. great thing is its recycling, and you can get a lot out of one tube.
