Yeah it is possible, but it isn’t going to be pretty. I mean basically need a custom or real long seatpost, I don’t know how tall you are or whatever but you see the occasional mexi dude with seom galvanized steel seatposted bmx bike that is long as heck.

I photochopped a Pista Concept and that Big Ripper together. A 24" or 26" cruiser would look even more awkward with proper seatpost extension.
