i’ve only been riding like ten miles at a time, with at least one smoke rest break, but surprisingly my gooch has been pain free so far.
riding on the bike path at night with my earphones in is one of my all time favorite things to do.

Dang night ride sounds nice. I should do that tonight. Bay trail is probably nice and quiet with all the highway traffic gone. Would be good for my rattled brain

Rode from Astoria OR. One big gravely climb and a bunch of road miles. Broke social distancing protocol and drank a beer with some locals in Birkenfield.

If the locals didn’t shun an outsider when on their own turf, you know they also didn’t give a rip about distancing when they go into town for shopping. So ya can’t lay any of that on mad.rains.
Doubt it. I rode by two older guys on their porch and they asked if I wanted a beer and set it on the banister and I grabbed it and sat on their grass and drank it, shot the shit then took the empty with me.

Took the new frame to rando’s favorite shop for frame prep and wheel builds. Scratched the paint on the frame and enjoyed being outside.
