I just have a nail in the wall, covered in old bartape
Then I use an old inner tube and tie sets together.

2 bikes on bike hooks into studs in walls. 1 bike on Rubbermaid Fasttrack horizontal bike rack suspended in hallway. The fast track system also allows for expandability up to 2 racks with bike hooks, but then can’t go around bikes in hall. 5 bucks a hook, or about 25 for the fast track setup.
Wheels: Tie together with an old tube. Tie tube to hanger rail in closet. Cost: free.
