Marino is also a liar, no way is this fitting a 27.5x2.0 tire. It does not fit the 650x47 horizon on a 30mm rim because the weld for the chain stay yoke is right where the widest part of the tire is. 700x45 seems possible (here it is with a 43)

I think Marino is awesome. You either get an unrideable pile of tubes or your favorite bike ever. No in between.

Just because the frame has provisions for a front derder doesn’t mean it was designed for a front derder. Pretty sure all of my Pubes Enforcers ended up with provisions even tho i asked for the opposite.

old mate boostmaster got a marino and it was not great
lol since it’s a sale thread I still have to make my pitch - it’s a fine $400 frame, great for a bike to lock up or generally abuse for $100. I would not go to Marino and pay the upcharge for fancy tubing or full suspension or other fancy features
why switch to plate and position it on the inside?
