Medium, but a little old school. I think it’s a 420ish reach since the seat tube is slack by current standards, but with a 600mm effective top tube it has a reasonable length for seated pedaling. I do think a drop bar mtb/adventurepacker build has some good potential…

Can’t remember since it has been a long while, I think around 30 mins? Longer than it takes me to do a full size bike in a dakine bag, that’s for sure. Though much easier getting this around on trains and into the back of cars
