Kilo TT Pro presale

i’m moving to denver mid october and plan on buying one of the motobecane singlespeed cross bikes to commute on. should be a fun/cheap way to commute in the snow.

get there earlier than mid october, the great american beer fest is happening and it’s going to be amazing.

in general, the beer situation in denver is going to be amazing. kinda weak around here.

okay, i’ve decided to go with the kilo. i’m 5’8", and feel like i should be on the 50, though i’m usually a 53. thoughts?

I’ve been using cross levers stand alone on several bikes for over a year, and they work great. Same as those Tektros, but rebranded by Performance. What kind of issue are you talking about?

That bike definitely needs some regular brake levers.

I wouldn’t say the performance is shit, but the modulation definitely isn’t as good as a set of normal levers. Not to mention they feel somewhat flimsy.

I’m 5’5" and am very comfortable on the 50. You might be better off on the 53.

The 50cm frame has a 53cm top tube. I usually ride a 53 but would go with a 50 in this case for what it’s worth…

Is the Kilo TT Pro coming out in 47cm or is that just the regular Kilo? I wish BD dude would give a heads up on the 47cm frame’s geometry already.

that’s what i was thinking. a 55cm top tube just seems too long.
