Now I wanna powdercoat or anodized them black.
On a scale of 1 to bad idea should I get a mtb with a 12x142 rear?
A new actual mtb or like a poopbarning-âmtbâ?

Does this bike need a wider Boost chainline?
No but folx options
you got options at 142 since basically every gravel bike uses it too

Mountain bike.

My current dither is a minimal disc noodlebike with tiny top/down tubes and skinny seat stays. Real stiff chainstays and a externally tapered seat tube.
Why wonât this work?
Do new road bikes all have 12x148 or is 142 still a thing? Is 148 because of chainline due to fat tires?
Road bikes are 148 now?
