The BB is gonna be closer to the ground, but probably not a ton closer due to the fact that these frames appear to have a negative BB drop.
I’m actually really interested in these things. They’re so unique.

I wanna see someone riding one.
And at first I hated them. Now I’m…curious, one could say buy-curious.
After a few minutes on google…
and its geometry
Geometry for “Mini Fixed” SiLLGEY Piccolo
Frame Size: 480
Seat Tube c-t: 480.0 mm
Top Tube c-c: 543.8 mm
Effective Seat Tube c-t: 560.0 mm
Effective Top Tube c-c: 545.0 mm
Head Tube Angle: 74 Degree
Seat Tube Angle: 73.5 Degree
Chain Stay RC: 325.0 mm
Fork Offset: 40.0 mm
Wheel Base: 911.6 mm
Head Tube: 291.0 mm
Assuming 20" wheel BSD is 406mm + 16mm for the rim + 50mm for the tire height = 472mm / 2 = 236mm + 20mm (according to the image above) = 256mm ~ 10" so that’s around 1/2-3/4" lower than a regular road bike.
ok true. I hadn’t even looked at them that closely. I was still obsessing over the ebay midget track frameset.
I get really shitty when it comes to numbers in my head…isn’t the 16mm rim height included in the 406 BSD? (rim height shouldn’t matter on BSD…?)
But then tire height shouldn’t be /2.
So 406 /2 = 203 (+ 20 + 50 = 273)
I would want to run Big Apples on one of these for a little cushion. The 2.0s are 50mm and the 2.35s are 60mm. (Supposedly, small wheels = harsh ride.)
Also, I hate the huge extension sticking out of the top of the head tube on that Sillgey. Looks physically handicapped. Fuck one-size-fits-all shit. Too bad it’s the only one available in America.
I wish they had a Seattle dealer, because I really want to see one in real life.
I’m sorry, but these bikes look fun as fuck.
Want.
He looks happy.
I’m gonna go with yes.[/quote]
fixedbmxfoldingbike
52/13 = 74.7 gear inches = fast.
I’m 6’1" and it fits fine with no worse pedal strike than my other conversions… just built in photo, now with Power Grips…
Fuck it, who makes frames and forks for these?

Hmmmm, I think my interest in these has turned back to confusion/annoyance/whatever.

I just went from hate to love. The top bike would be for riding in my house.
Seeing someone on one kinda killed it for me.
Some of you have folders and mini velos mixed up. Mini velos are not folders.
i used to be able to do this at a house i live in two years ago. it was so fun.
Alright you Cannondale freaks, BAM!:
(for British eyes only, indeed)
Bikehugger got a pink Gios
And some randoms
And another blue gios, just cuz…
Edit:
Oh, man…
