I wanted to try it to see whether taking the cable out of the shift system on a bike with rear suspension might change shift quality.
Just put a new cable and housing in it already!
Schwalbe maybe just obsoleted a lot of usecases for tire inserts?
to get shitload of tire deformation and grip even at higher air pressures
Radial tires were huge for cars, I need to do some digging and see why we never had them for bikes
They were a thing Panaracer produced back in the 80s. I would guess they lost favor because of weight.
Michelin makes radial moto tires. I wonder why they havenât tried it yet.
Some interesting comments starting from âgtscoobâ First Ride: Schwalbe's New Albert Gravity Pro Tires Use a Radial Casing for Improved Grip - Pinkbike
On the one hand I want to try them and interesting tidbit about Pierron using them. Soon as they said commencal has been running them I thought back to their resultsâwow ok.
On the other hand: goddamn I am not voluntarily swapping mtb tires lol.
Backed. Iâm riding these DHF/DHRs into the casing before I deal with swapping
yep I literally just switched from old Schwalbes to a new pair of DHF/DHR a month ago
Have we stalked about Lewis brake calipers?
oooh, consider me interested
get me off codes, PLEASE
$339 for a front/rear pair seems too good to be true.
I mean, I run Codes because I can get them new for $120-140 a wheel consistently. These would actually be more spendy for me
Review of the really fancy Ti ones.
Whatâs up with Radial vs Axial master cylinders? Edit: ok quick search says radial master cylinder will require less force to operate.
HELL YEAH
There is no chance I donât finish my 6er and end up ordering the silver ones
obviously you just do
does this lead to a lifetime of sourcing proprietary brake pads?
what barb and olive do they use?
