it’s a pain in the ass from a tolerance perspective. It has to be polished, not too polished though.

that particular RD definitely exploded when my buddy shifted under power going up a steep hill but THIS one is still truckin! The one that exploded involved me trying to de-ano the parallelogram. The one that lives on all I did was the cage, basically.

The PLP short review on the Growtac Equal Control shifters is pretty honest in my view. Uses it as an opportunity to pimp his own bar end shifter but I think thats valid given that we dont know how robust they will be. If they are as good as old sram or early shimano pre the cable munging I will be happy.
