I used my government bribe to order a Haley Trike with a 3 speed hub and full fenders which is pretty much the ultimate cargo hauler, it puts Xtracycle’s cargo capacity to shame. I’m gonna use mine for business, so it’ll bring in some income as well as allowing me to move just about anything I might want to move across town.

Also It uses normal 26" wheels, so you can use just about any 26" rim you like.
