Pro cyclings

so, did some major shakeup happen about video rights in the last week, or does it just seem like it because I’m still such a utoob dependent neanderthal?

What happened? Races gone from youtube?

Seems like my usual sources had their video sources pulled and were dealing with still shots and rumors.
Probably my own limited contacts.

What can this kid not do?

That attack to win was absolutely brutal

And Merlier again today. The opening on the right was ridiculous and quickstep couldn’t react, although I’m stoked for Cav.

Does Alpecin take a world tour spot next season? Whose license is up for grabs?

318w avg for 5 hours :exploding_head:
“Weighted” avg is 371; peak 1362
Training load (TSS?) of 404… in 5 hours…

ETA: They made an infographic

5.19 w*/kg for the entire ride.

MvdP was obviously magnificent but I gotta say, Bernal looked impressive too.

Close, but it’s BurnALL, not BurnMost.

Not even considering it’s another 2 months until his “A race,” agreed. Pogacar looked great with 4 months to his peak too.

Can we make this a spoilers thread?

Can we have both spoiler and spoiler free threads?
It can take me days to catch up on races.

you can mark spoilers if you click the cog and click “hide details”

change where it says summary to what you are spoiling

Stage 2 of Tirreno-Adriatico

For all the Alaphilippe haters out there

First three stages of T-A were pretty wild to catch highlights of.

Stage 4 didn’t disappoint either.

Speaking of not disappointing, finish of Paris-Nice yesterday (stage 7) was spectacular too.

The woman silly enough to marry me has been all in on racing lately so we’re watching everything beginning to end
