Just generally or did he do something recently?

Was she doing a one-handed wheelie while holding the camera? Pretty sure I recognize some of that course from the Eroica. Lovely riding.
Pretty sure Strade Bianche is built around the Le Eroica course.
Jumbo just cleaning up on the menās side for the Belgian classics.
Kinda found Merx and otherās shitting on Wout gifting his teammate the win a bit precious. Just this side of okay, boomer. Like, no he wonāt regret it years down the line. He literally wont give a shit. Then laporte cleans up at dwars was cool.
But def excited to see how sundayās big tour de Flanders turns out.
Looked it up before I corrected to tell yo Merckx was older than boomers but turns out he was born a month and a week after VE Day so I guess heās the oldest boomer
Like lol was it wout or vdp that said he didnāt need to win another world champ and that it wouldnāt mean much for his palmars
Wout talking about CX. Heās also come out against woke culture. He has some interesting perspectives for certain.
Whoopsie
Was a pretty good race. Watched most of it last night then caught the rest this morning.
Per usual, mostly the last 50km worth watching.
though some other gnarly crashes along the way.
Itās always fun to watch races where normally invincible looking people are clearly suffering. Thatās why the one day races are so much more fun. They donāt seem to (canāt?) make that kind of effort in a grand tour.
Did you watch Le Tour Last year? Revisit stages 11, 12, and 18. GC racing hasnāt been a USPS/Sky procession in a while.
Nah, didnāt.
Maybe Iāll revisit.
Maybe I just donāt like the idea that the race isnāt over just because someone crosses the line. That thereās people in the field capable of going harder, but they arenāt because they are looking towards the future.
I definitly donāt think thatās nearly as much of the case now. After a couple decades of really conservative racing things have been a total slugfest at times. Certainly not EVERY day of a given race, but between the current racers and current approach to course design (they are literally tailoring the experience to better align with your expectations), things are the best I can remember in a long time.
That being said, I have a hunch that the Giro GC might be a total snooze fest if Evenepoel lives up to expectations. TDF should be really good this year and I be La Veulta will deliver as it usually does.
Just watched the last 25 kms of Flanders. Would recommend. Very cool.
Damn that was a banger of a race
