All respect to p’GOTCHA, but it was kind of reassuring to see someone actually drop him ever.

Conspiracy Hat: he got paid to take a fall because the higher-ups knew that it would boost engagement in the content.

Vuelta start list is STACKED.

Thats what I always say when the All Blacks get beaten in rugby. “Rugby was the winner on the day”. Poggy was starting to look real human. Which is great. Gotta feel for Vindegaard for being “in the shadow of the GOAT”, and he’s no slug himseelf.

Proper Kiwi phonetic spelling I assume.

Isn’t it “heemsilf “?

I would have gone for ‘humseelf’ but I learned what little I know from deck jokes.

Ha ha. Yeah. Probably a hmmsowf. WTF. It tried to auto-carrot to the ACTUAL spelling.

TdF Femmes has been great watching so far :ok_hand:

The NBC long form recaps of TdFF, my standard for consumption of the other race, is utterly unwatchable.

Looks like NBC didn’t spring for the full video package so we get shaky moto views and vapid, useless commentary. At least with Bob and Phil you can mute them and still take in the story.

Lanterne Rouge captures the meaningful stuff but it’s over before it starts. Good racing hidden in there though.

this route though… no TT, one mountain finish?

Yeah, it’s a bit shit. No actual GC action till the 2nd-last stage and it’s probably already decided. Pretty much just had to keep your powder dry all week then launch it up the Madeleine to win it.
