Maybe someone cut the tips off of the drops?

For a bit I was trying to make sense of them as being flipped/rotated pursuit bars but it’s not really possible.

I assembled that bike. She brought me all the parts and shit an I just put it together.
She INSISTED that that was where she wanted the bars/levers and I didn’t have the energy to argue.
Guess what. They’ve since been corrected.
