I want to sponsor a race that features all of these at once on a pump track. It would be like a live action version of that ‘Catch the Pigeon’ cartoon from the 70’s. We’d just need someone on a BMX to dress up in a bird costume and not get caught - and someone who smokes to dress up like a dog with goggles on to run up to every one that crashes hard, point at them, and give an emphysema-fueled cackle.
At least once a week, I see an Elliptigo commuter on the Burke. The shocking thing is that she is young and attractive, not the typical 65 year old males who usually pilot these things.

There are two serious elliptigo people here in Portland: one is a triathlete looking dude and the other is a soccer mom looking lady. They both seem to stick mostly to north portland, but when Doug and I were driving on the freeway the other day, we saw a car that must have belonged to one of them: an Elliptigo-green Scion thingy with a custom Elliptigo hitch rack (with Elliptigo, of course).
I feel like total body cycling is missing out on the obvious opportunity to finally incorporate dong shifting into a road bike.
there are ALWAYS elliptigos on B-V trail

I saw her last week. Our thought process was early identical.
TC: wouldn’t it be fun as shit to descend into Banks on one?
Godfuckingdamnit
Whose hands could actually reach the lever from the hood?
Also, all someone needs to do it hack this into a Tektro hood to get Rivendell to reconsider their anti-disc brake stance.

Isn’t this how those road bike trials dudes were doing it back in the day before hydro road?
There are road bike trials dudes?
Just when you think you’ve seen it all
I used to do that riding tiny kids bikes as a big kid
keeps your knees from hitting the grips

I saw that on pubes’ gram. Is it for real?
Yeah. Surly shared it this morning on FB, then swiftly deleted it. It’s an updated Moloko Bar, which was this abomination.
