Don’t know if anyone’s seen this yet so I figured I would share. New to me so it may be new to others.
Rogue Status seems to be getting their dirty little fingers on just about everything. Not going to lie though, their work on a couple of those bikes isn’t half bad.
It’s some company owned by rob dyrdek and travis barker. their pista looks like shit. Honestly who would redo the bianchi lettering and put it back on the bike?
Oh, I remember when this was posted that some guy insisted that Rob Drydek was a strong rider and a great guy! I think that may be the origin of that joke.
I’m all about that Pista Concept. Besides the risers, it’s proper as hell. I love the wheelset most especially, it’s making me want to get some old school hard anodized tubie rims for the track… but yeah, that script is my favorite, ancient Roman is about as proper as it gets.
I’m not trying to sway anyones opinion, but I will never buy anything DC or DC related.
DC sponsor a pro BMX team, and they built a skatepark (Rob Dyrdek/DC Skate Plaza) that doesn’t allow bikes. Probably the most shittiest thing a company could do, and I don’t know how anyone on their BMX team sleeps at night. Fuck DC, and fuck Rob Dyrdek.
In addition, their shoes are worse than Osiris, and look like bricks made of roadkill.

Are you talking about Kettering’s park? That’s a public use park under control of the city. The admission is free and it’s probably maintained using tax money. The objective is to keep the maintenance at a minimum as well as the cost. BMX pegs do a lot more damage to parks than you want to believe. I don’t think I’ve been to many skateparks that allow BMX bikes.
But seriously, you’ve gotta admit, with the hordes of 650 front tarck bikes and newbie conversions, that Pista Concept is a nice build. I know you like those rims.

The main argument is that if a park is built properly, pegs will do no more damage than a skateboard. There are parks in my city built in the 70s which are in better condition than those built 2 to 3 years ago.
It is all too easy just to build a park on the cheap and not allow bikes. It really sucks. Where are you supposed to ride?
