Is the pinny just the fat tube photo and not the photo of the stays? If so, that looks repairable.
But man, that’s quite a haul of dead parts for one day. That stem is terrifying.

Picked up a lezyne pump head that looked to be similar hose sized and (after waaaaaaay too much dicking around) managed to fit it

Hopefully the chairtube will separate before the crack propagates through the downtube or one of the chainstays.
If it’s a homercar and in the rear third of the bike, yeah ride it out. But you’ll be feeling out the squishiness at every red light till it fails. Eventually you’ll get tired of wondering when and finally just call it quits.
One time I was like 8 miles from home and found a massive crack in the fork on my work bike. It had probably been like that for weeks but once I knew it was there I couldn’t stop thinking about it. I think I rode a mile or two and then walked the rest.
Woah.
This is the fourth frame I’ve had fail in this manner. Those experiences taught me that you can ride a bike for a long time until this failure becomes untenable. You should have seen my RB-1 when I finally retired it. Yikes
I’ll be sure to provide updates. Heck, i start tracking the crack in strava so we all know how many miles I’m willing to ride with it
Also anyone have a 58cm nordavinden they feel like parting with, only to see it again in two years when I post how it failed?

I’ve done a couple
you can drag it out way longer with a UN-55 style bottom bracket, if the cups are independent of one another the creaks will drive you insane and progress way faster
