Shoes for use with my toe clips.

authentics fo lyfe!

seriously have been wearing these things for like 7 years. I dont know if I can ever switch.

you might look into a pair of asics. I have had several and they work great.

Combat boots ftw. Great on and off the bike, stiff soles, good support. Tarck is about looking tough.

Ooc what is the longest you’ve ridden in your combat boots?

i think i’m getting these.

i like tigers but the soles get ripped to shit by riding. not quite as stiff as many other shoes, but comfortable over a 2-hour ride

I wanna try loteks

word, good choice. and 65 miles is the longest i’ve ridden in my boots.

GB. :colbert:

I commute in these:

They’re not that stylish, but the soles are stiff, and the laces are covered…

nike 6.0 mogan

these fit well with my clips and are really comfortable when not riding. since they arent SB’s theyre a bit cheaper too.

I ride in vans slip ons or my boots. Both have dr. scholl athletic inserts which help so much. it turns cheap shoes into awesome fucking shoes. also helps make the sole feel thicker… but they make vans great to ride in and then walk around in for awhile. same with my boots!

When I’m wearing jeans and not in the rain, these. I hate cuffing so with these I can just tuck my jeans into the ankle and lace the right foot higher to keep it there. Warm, comfy as fuck and felt already worn in.

Shorts/rain, some special edition of these.

I think I may have to go the route of some new vans along wth some nice insole type of things. Thanks for the input y’all.

Simple shoes are good because they have an old tire on the bottom and it’s pretty smooth and easy to get in the clips. (she said?)

I’ve got these.

Vans Sk8 lows FTW.
Fuck authentics.

If you have arch-support problems you should be using an insert such as Superfeet or some kind of professional orthotic insert. I use Superfeet and just put them in whatever shoe I want to wear whether samba, hikingboot, skiboot, etc.

I liked you from the start but this makes it all better.

How is the traction on those shoes otherwise? is it something i should worry about or is it decent?
