Good point. It makes me think that they might be missing their target market, and thinking that the kind of people who read John Prolly’s blog are going to be putting these on their Pista Concepts.

Someone on the SA site suggested “SB3”. I’d put that over the S3X in a second if i had one of those hubs.
Okay, so I only have to wait two more months for the hub, hopefully. I want a silver in 36h and will just take a sharpie to the 3 and make it a B, for the SBX. Time to start saving some dough for the rest of the parts I need for bike I am going to build around this hub. Talk back a few months ago at Interbike was for the hub to be around $150 when it comes out. But, I don’t know if that would be hub only, include cogs, include shifter w/mount, without mount, etc.
I’m so building a bike around this. It’s gonna be awesome!!
