is the rear wheel off center from the ground down seat tube?
naw looks that way from both sides, it’s just clearanced out the ass
looks like there’s a plastic bit ziptied to the frame to keep separation between frame and tyre

i love the shifter placement. seat tube mounted shifters didn’t have enough risk of finger amputation.
but it does unintentionally point you toward the fact that the frame doesn’t have a mount for the brake caliper.
