WTH Jenson’s returns system is terrible, I ended up ordering two forks (got an error page on the first order, tried again, got the same error, 10 minutes later they confirmed I ordered two forks, and radio silence when I tried emailing them about this 
). Now when I go to return one of them, it will only let me return both of them.
@Amy do you still want one of these Pikes? it’s probably less hassle for me to just ship it to you than deal with their nonsense.

My coworker also got his. It didnt ship until today for no explicable reason - he ordered it on Friday the same time as me.

The livery here strikes me as bizarre. The overlap of:
“I want the General Lee paintjob just without the Confederate flag”
and
“Radavist reader”
I thought would have been 0. I guess not?

There is a reason we don’t have elastomer suspension anymore.

I didn’t look closely enough to see that it is elastomer in the rear. Looked like a fork!
That era of mtb inventiveness was like the people trying to invent flying machines early on before the Wright brothers.
Those bikes look to me like all those crazy things like in this movie ‘Gizmo (1977)’ - one of my favorites from my childhood. Definitely worth a watch.

It is a fork, but it’s spung with elastomer.
