I’m really curious as to the owner. There’s a small group of Bike Guys at the studio and I can’t think of a single one of them who’d put together such a ridiculous contraption. Can’t wait to meet them though, whoever they are.

You can image search for ‘Kirby comic art’ and fully half of it is purple and green

arguably they spent a couple bongs to hold up the basket and move it around

Wald will get mad at the imitators because they did it first

wasn’t Blue Lug selling a wald made in America, mailed to Japan, powder coated in Japan and mailed back to USA to buyers for not cheap

As someone who’s struggled to find a nice solution for a front basket on various bikes, I can comiserate if he did.

It’s a Racktime in possibly the only good configuration for that rack.

This might be the first time I’ve see one installed where there wasn’t at least a 10” gap between the deck and tire.

I spent like 350 for my $45 basket mounted to my clydesdale fork

Doesn’t count

I ordered one of the shallow walds from blue lug, they were deffo made in the US, shipped to japan, then shipped back for suckers like me.

Got it, immediately realized I could have gotten the same at Staples for $5, never used it.

Disagree. The entire bike is required to hold up the basket.
