There’s some real good Pengy lore in an old thread somewhere.
I had successfully purged it from memory until today
So everyone. If we have a poll with only when drunk as an option it really makes the results useless.
We’re legally required to have it as an option.

I would guess to maximize tire and/or fender clearance at the fork crown and/or rear brake bridge. Since he has no fenders, probably the former.
