A Karate Monkey. It’s a Karate Monkey.
And another #savethetarckbike but whatever this system is doesn’t like me adding more photos or more posts so you don’t get to see that or the Friendpoint.

You got a hard on for flesh tone tires or what?
Maybe it does fit. Walk back into outpost, buy a 25mm setback seatpost and a slightly shorter stem, install seatpost and center saddle in rails, set stem lower. Same position, more room to maneuver, incorrect handlebar position fixed.
Seriously, that fit looks rediculous, match the fit from a bike you like and try again. Use the ol wall and a tape measure trick.
Not the first setup I’ve tried on that bike. I know it’s a cool frame but I’ve had what you’re describing and it was significantly worse for me.
@balooon felt like excruciating lower back pain that left be barely able to move after any decent-length ride.
Holy shit
How is your hip/spine/hamstring flexibility? That fit suggests yoga class not bike sale. Unless you’re selling it because you want an excuse to get a more modern bike, in which case go bananas I guess
Terrible, but I already do yoga, have done it in the past without that significantly changing, etc. I’d love it if “do yoga” actually magically fixed the issue, but
And like I said, I already have the yellow bike. It’s 531sd Pro tubing, rides great, fits comfy. The Serotta looks cool hanging up but I’d rather have the money and fewer bikes.
and yea tanwalls are scientifically proven to be the best-looking tires for any bike, so of course I have them on everything.
Dude yoga fixes pretty much everything
I mean, sure? But if you have fused discs Or something you basically are legally required to keep the serotta.
Meh, bikes deserve to be ridden and I don’t ride that one. Someone else should. Sold a Serotta Track for the same reason.
Who among us has not dythered, in moments of ambition, of the miracle of a spirited steed, suffering without Garmins and 'grams, stiff and responsive enough to adapt to the marginal stirrings of gains, the undulations of roads, and sudden leaps of braapbraap.
The sooner he sells the Serotta the sooner he can buy Justin’s dead-ended rim brake dynamo wheels and possibly do the night 200k next week (faster).
You’re out of the loop enough that I bet you didn’t know that you and Mr truk are on the same team and soon to be rando club.
Flite crü representing
Lol I had wondered about that. Also I’ve never paid club dues, so technically I’m a parasite!
I’m looking forward to busting his chops in person
We don’t have club dues. So there’s that.
Huh wow I’d just assumed that I was missing it.
@Mike_Truk not sure which guy you are but see you around town/ on the cap trail in the middle of the night I guess. hit me up here or on the outpost group dm thing if you want to do east end / varina / charles city road miles
I’m not saying he’s hard to miss… but he’s hard to miss.
