Found a used eccentric bb insert used for a good price and biked up to guys place to get it. Delica in the driveway, good start. Turns out he’s a welder by day, moonlights as a framebuilder and really wants to get weird (with bikes). Now scheming for a long-john style build. I love how these connections are made.

The R7000 dangler shifts really nice, even on the SunRace. The 34x40 gear is going to be nice. I’ll see if I miss the extra 4 teeth over the 46T.
