Do both/either of those devices have sufficient EM shielding to not mess with each other? I previously had a QuadLock phone mount on my stem, but couldn’t do gps stuff if my light was also on.
Interesting question! I do not know the answer, I haven’t ridden with this arrangement yet. I did ride with the light mounted on the bar near the Garmin and it was fine, but there was a bit more separation in that configuration.
I’m assuming it will be fine, but if my Garmin gets all wacky, I’ll have a theory as to why.

I bought some used VO fenders and spent 2+ hours Saturday wrangling them into my commuter and the fender lines still look like shit. Is there a way to get longer Daruma bolt, or a hack to extend the one that’s on there?
is the issue too much space between the fender and the crown because the fenders don’t fit into the fork?

No, it’s just jammed up to the top of the fork crown because that’s how long the bolt is, but then there’s a big gap to tire (endpoint fork).
Which one? I remember years ago a bunch of posts were tested for big and small bump absorbing and the ti post came in well behind the carbon posts in this regard. I had a moots posts for a bit and found to feel a lot like any other seatpost. So YMMV i guess.

lynskey. carbon might be better in that regard i dunno. never tried one. but the lysnkey has dramatically improved ride quality over the three alloy seat posts I have on hand.
When I was given this 960 crank it was missing the middle ring, and being a typically dipshit XTR size, unobtainium. I actually managed to make a 104 bcd ring fit it relatively easily. Then I discovered the 22 tooth granny was terminally bent. Couldnt straighten it. Found an old 4 hole 22 and bugger me, it had the same bcd as the XTR one. Shimano dropped the ball there! Put it on the Ocoee and discovered the big ring was also very cubist. Was tweaking that and my sram 10 speed trigger failed. Went through my parts bin, only had two 9 speed shifters so pulled down the 10, cleaned it out to get the shifting back. Will resume outer ring tweakage tonight.

Longer bolt and about five valve stem nuts wrapped in electrical tape?
Or cut a stainless steel straw to cover the bolt with washers on either end?

@igor are you going to have more 700c 52mm or 55mm fender options in black any time soon?
We’re getting more 700x52s in January/Feb. We’re planning on offering a 700x58 or 700x55 for next Spring. What would you prefer?

I need a pair of 700x52. My ancient Berthoulds are on their last legs. Both are cracked.
I went to the coop to see if I could get parts to put fenders on one of my bikes and came home with this for $100
The big question is do I build it up with a quill adapter and modern drop bars or build it as a townie with the 9speed Deore stuff I have laying around. I have a rando rack and a basket waiting for something.
