Also does the BAnt come undone on potholes?
Itās only been folded to carry big stuff, so I couldnāt say. Open, Iāve heard a little bit of a rattle on sharp bumps and nothing more than that. Iām picky about having a quiet bike and any noise it has made hasnāt bothered me at all.

Like would it collapse from hitting a pothole? Itād have to be a hell of a hole or the latches that hold it open would have to be broken atmo. I donāt see it happening.

itās never come undone on me. i also use it for a TT hands position sometimes

This is what I have on my cyclotruck. Cut some yoga mat up and put a layer in the bottom which helps with the rattle and all that.
big ant is the only way
i did some thicc 1ā closed cell foam with an interference fit. i keep the security key for the wheels, a pump, and some trash under it
are we up to 6 tarckers in the big ant community?

@jimbo FYI a standard 15" x 15" bungee net works pretty well on the BIG ANT with some repositioning of the hooks. Thereās also this DIY strapping stuff down option which has worked pretty well for me.
i have a net ziptied on one side with some nubbins it can hook onto on the other. it rules.

Iāve reconfigured those straps since taking those pics, thinking itās about time to do them again for some marginal improvements.
Keeping the pump under it is a good idea
the jawn nubbins thing works really well and everyone should ask him to share his pictures because its helpful to see

I have the giant Wald basket on my Clydesdale. I use it because it was already in my pile of bike junk when I bought the fork. It only has one advantage over the big ant: it can do serious damage to car doors.
