Has anybody ridden one of these things?
I’m not super tempted but I recently found out that they weigh 165 lbs, which actually sounds kinda like a plus to a big dude like me? Still sort of absurd though, where is all that weight coming from?
I take it back, I was looking for a bucket bike with square corners but now I think it is a weird basket strapped to a rack.

This guy really triggered me. What’s the point in riding a cargo bike if you still wear your backpack on your back? He’s only carrying a tarp up front.

I see this often. Mostly with commuters who have an empty pannier rack and a loaded backpack.

I do this with my mess bag and cagro on short trips, sometimes its just faster and easier especially if the bag is mostly empty.

First guess is usually that they’re carrying a laptop and dont want it as rattled around in a rack versus on their meaty carcass
