I contacted Fratello but they couldn’t help. RM makes you go thru a dealer as far as I can tell, these are the instructions dated 2025 which look similar to the version I have

I saw this beast in the bike shed today. Heard the owner thrashes the hell out of it and doesn’t do any maintenance. Drops the kids of each morning, a reasonable distance apparently. Not seen a fully before.

That’s what I’ve got. Did an off road excursion down a grassy bank by the local funeral home yesterday while on the way from day care pickup to the hardware store. It’s awesome.
I wouldn’t bother with the 60. The 60 isn’t getting in any space that the 75 isn’t.
I hope it has lower gearing or more torque assist because I routinely hit the limit of hill climb ability on the Carrie with a load of groceries and grom
I have one steep pitch on the way to the house that I turbo for and pray the chain doesn’t break. What is the gearing on the Carrie? I had to return mine to stock after the previous owner had made it taller for his de-limited motor setup.
it’s a 63T gates belt drive with an enviolo HD rear hub, not totally sure how to calc the gearing because 20"/406 wheels and belt

Wow those stanchions are enough to convince me that I don’t actually want a suspension fork on my bakfiets.

R&M Load is so cool but agree with Rusty, I don’t want to deal with the suspension. Bet they ride great for a while though!

Rear is coil. It’ll boing forever. Front is a similarly robust design. I was going to service mine when I got it and… there’s just no need. Can’t imagine a wheelbase this long without suspension tbh.

Worst case is it turns into a rigid fork, right?
Some added fork boots and an occasional wipe with stanchion lube would go a long ways.

This lady lives by coast, and the office is by the coast, as in 10 metres away. There is a car-wash at work to wash the salt off the cars using our car-park. So the rust is as much environmental as it is lack of TLC. All the chromed forks under my house have rust on them too : (

yeah the $$ price really rules them out for most ppl vs. a rental tern of some type.

14k here too. I found mine for 5. Sure it had been low sided or had sideswiped something, but everything works!
