A safe space to complain about jackass humans

this is like the most minor jackass human complaint ever. but there is this mom/dad/two kid family at our ski practice who just have no understanding of how much space their vehicle or bodies take up.
dude parks his giant f-150 right in the turnaround of the ski place. they take their sweet time unloading and have no idea people are behind them.
then he parks it half hanging out into the travel lane.
then when we’re out skiing they’re constantly standing in the track, or just blocking traffic generally.
it’s the man AND his wife equally! how do two people with no knowledge of personal space marry one another?

If they’re in the track just run into them Casy Neistat style.

This guy is doing some work for the CTA but there’s zero reason for him to park right in the middle of a pedestrian plaza when there are a dozen street parking spaces open to him less than fifty feet from this area.

But it’s cold and he would have to walk
2 very reasonable excuses

bro deserves valve stem lentil

First 9am commute in ages today. Normally I’m commuting at 6am. I’ve never screamed “fuck you” to so many drivers.

DOh. wrong year ; P

Hyper local news blog that is very much Seattle republican has the best/worst comment sections…

This story has been ongoing for like… 5 years, back in 2020 they attempted to limit car access to a stretch of roadway next to a beach park that more or less connects on to the end of a 3 mile bike path along the entire north side of west Seattle.

They made it permanent last year, added some small barriers got rid of a few parking spaces and folks lost their fucking shit… demanded that SDOT do a study about use and parking… study come back showing that there was always Excess parking, and 100+ people using the space for walking and biking an hour… folks still call it a waste. Same group of folks that held up construction of an elementary school for nearly a year becasue it didnt have a parking lot and had been granted a code exemption because another study showed there was ample street parking during the times it would need it… fucken hell…

pour one out for my human Jort… always in these comments doing work.

Nothing to do with bike stuff but I was looking into how the fuck seamless dares to charge a delivery fee and a service fee and then suggest you tip a delivery person at least 20%–because that delivery fee is for Seamless to cover whatever their delivery expenses are lol–and found this forum heavily (but not exclusively, it must be said) populated by guillotine victims in the making:

lol wallstreetoasis is still a thing? are the biglaw forums still a thing too? i think the amount of zyn consumed by those bros is higher than anywhere else in society.

From my experience with this forum today, it seems to mainly discuss the intern $25 food allowance and how to spend it. Big fuckin masters of universe babies not capable of feeding themselves.

I’m surprised it’s still $25, i remember peers saying it was that 10 years ago. you’d think it’s $40 now. damn cheap ass investment banks

Not complaining. Maybe king of gloating. Everything about this is amazing.

The whole story is amazing. The Gothamist raises questions like “Where did the $800,000 come from?” and “What is the felony conviction that keeps the dad from owning a gun?”

Here’s a quote from a Daily News article that answers both questions.

“Mascia’s father — who is also named Thomas —was fired by the NYPD in 1993 after pleading guilty to a count of conspiracy to distribute cocaine. He was one of five officers from the force living on Long Island charged, the report noted.”
