You’re right… and wrong. I really think the pushback came from your insistence that your course of action was the just and right one. We could all empathize with what you felt.. just like I understand where rusty is coming from…. But rusty is right. Being a street yeller sucks, even when you are 100% right.

yeah, bc i was stopped at a red light and you all told me to get out of the way to let the person illegally turn onto the one-way. I still think i’m right that I shouldn’t have to move at a red light. I wouldnt do it in a car so i dont do it on a bike.

I just don’t engage these days unless I’m having a mental break. Maybe a passing yell or loud comment. Just not worth it. Not my job.

With the amount of meth use in this country doubling in the last year, its probably best just to wave or do something passive aggressive. Bogan law here means that if you flip the bird to someone they are within their rights to smack you around the head with a piece of wood.

he was also wrapped up in all black, sometimes the lights are out on the bridge and it is the darkest place in the city.

Roli and I rode the Lakefront at night the other day and there was a section where the lights were out and it was DARK. Roli said it was too scary. There’s also like five big encampments on our route that weren’t there three years ago that give the ride a very different vibe.
