WTH. I bought one of these when this was posted, had it delivered to my local Trek store. Went in to pick it up when I got the email that it was ready. Dude at the counter said they hadn’t received it yet, but he’d call and email when they did. Never got a call or email and forgot I ever ordered it. Today I get an email from Trek that my return is being processed. OK thanks but I’d rather have the tool

looks like it’s still in stock. I ordered it again, shipped to the same store. We’ll see what happens!

Do you keep getting it shipped to store to avoid shipping fees or something? I was blown away when I ordered ~$100 of junk off that site, they practically overnighted me 3 wheels for free

(I am also using my $50 Bontrager dyno wheel now, what a deal)

yeah, don’t really want to pay $9 on a $32 tool for shipping. looks like free shipping kicks in at $49 but I don’t think I really need anything else from them at the moment.

Yeah somebody bought all the gnome stuff so I don’t see many good cart fillers anymore

I bought a gnome handlebar pouch. Roli loves it but it has no flap or closure at all and dumps all his stuff in the event of a crash or dropped bike. I also seem to have purchased what appears to be a 26" wheel with a hub for a 7-speed, thread-on freewheel. Not sure what that’s about. maybe I can re-dish it and use it single speed.

At that price it must include the French bulldog puppy that he got the basket for

I relaced mine to a flipflop hub. The rim seems surprisingly cromulent for a <$20 wheel.

I was thinking that as well. I’ll probably eventually just unlace it and put it with the rest of the rims in my hoard.
