i turned down a lightly used $50 packraft at last month’s bike swap. was one of the cheap amazon ones, can’t quite remember the name atm.

There are things that will put out more lumens for less cost, but form factor for use case is often a problem. You looking for an MTB Light?
As an example:
That guy will put out 4k lumens with the right driver. My favorite lights come from these folks:

I guess the overall package is important. But yeah no worries about blinding oncoming traffic, for example.

I’ve had pretty good luck with this jawn from aliex so far. Claimed “3000” lumen model with 3 reflectors is plenty bright even on low–the wide 5 led one overheats according to reviews on amazon

I think the ebike shop I was at managed to sell one of these at retail, maybe in 21 or 22, then we were not really able to give them away at half off. Great components, fast af motor, comfy full squish-ness, but just a hard sell.
