i don’t see why hydros couldn’t be installed on that bike, unless there’s housing stops for the brake cable installed (and it’s probably against the aesthetic of the bike to just ziptie the housing onto the downtube)

ISO tests are pretty flawed.
Though the fatigue ones aren’t the real issue, plenty of fillet brazed and lugged steel frames have passed them just fine. The impact tests are what really write off lightweight steel frames in particular.
