Endpoint bikes thread

An H/G randomly showed up on one of the slideshows at the Swift Industries thing tonight, piloted by someone from Utah.

My buddy designed the logo for the swift campout this year, hopefully it’s a hit.

I may actually go on the campout.

Hey all - We’re just rounding out the end of another busy week and I wanted to check in. We went into frame production this week. I know some people are still waiting on forks etc. Glad to see a few bikes are built up and people are enjoying the ride.

Andy I think it is great that you are doing a run so quickly rather than waiting 8 months. I am still waiting on my fork, but am stoked to get it built up… in like 3 weeks after my honeymoon…

Are you still working with FBM for frame production, or have you found a new manufacturer?

We have committed a lot of time and resources to FBM and have built a great relationship with them in a very short period of time. Both teams are learning and improving things every day and for this round of Coffee Grinder and H/G production, we are sticking with them. FBM is on board with our goals and they are as determined as we are to get this next run turned around quickly with 100% QA clearance.

TLDR Yes

Hey friendpoint Andy, thank you for being a fantastic customer service rep

Fantastic customers make fantastic customer service a lot easier. So, thank you.

Props to Braden and Andy

Fork has gotta be re-painted b/c they had to re-do the disk tab. Should ship out next week, should be riding by the end of April hopefully.

I’m sending good vibes your way Todd.

Just heard back from FBM, same with my fork. Looks like end of April for me too.

Damn, what’s that put you guys at for time-of-payment to rideable-bike? It’s gotta be coming up on over a year for some of you, right?

Yeah my one year mark is like… mid may.

My NFE took nearly two years, so I feel your pain.

Andpoint Endy or Braden, what can you tell me about the hardtail?

Over a year here, deposit was paid 3/3/17, fully paid 3/16/17.

My last 3 bikes have taken over a year from ordering to completion.
But to be fair, I take my sweet time executing the building period since I’m not one to ride a bike before the fenders are mounted and dynamos are connected.
