20 miles of mostly paved surfaces was probably 5 too much on MTBs, but there was avocado toast in the middle.

First ride not on the coast in so long. And first time riding an OMTM route.

There was a pretty bad car crash and the road was closed…my friend works for ODOT and chatted with the emergency crew and got us a ride so we didn’t have to ride on the interstate.

From this weekend, a sketchy and fun ride on the Kenevo SL e-bike (spec enduro with smaller motor).
Very pretty in the sun and peak Fall vibes
Friend had his Kenevo, too.
Had to carry this over some boulders for another fun descent, but got a gloomier look toward natural area opposite side of ridge from first photo.
Jumping these things is weird, like couldn’t tell if I was actually airborne there. Mech at shop said his limited experience with moto was the same. Made most of the doubles, and cased the ever living shit out of one, so that will probably seriously hurt someone around here if I fuxed it that bad.

it’s been a solid bike for the last 9 years. helped teach a lot about what I like (wide tires, bags, and dyno lights) and what I don’t (getting hit by cars), so very thankful for the journey

I was more than slightly bummed when buying my Space Horse in 2015 because that same color scheme wasn’t available anymore. Honestly could have kept that bike and skipped most of the dithering afterward and not have really missed much of anything.
was that the silver year? those ones looked pretty smart too. I didn’t care as much for the Peugeot-style stripes that came after though

I forgot about the green one. an impossible color to coordinate part color around really. both silver and black just looked wrong on it
